REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of professional consulting and advisory services, the following terms apply:
Cancellations by Client
Before Service Commencement:

Clients may cancel services before work begins with written notice via email to info@ibmediagroup.com.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date: Full refund of any prepaid fees, minus any preparation work already completed (if applicable).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start: Refund at the company's discretion, depending on the preparation work already performed.
After Service Commencement:

Services may be cancelled at any time with written notice.

No refund will be provided for work already completed or in progress.

Any prepaid fees for future, undelivered services may be refunded at the company's discretion.
Refunds
Completed Services:

Payments for completed or partially completed services are non-refundable.

If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered services, we encourage discussion to resolve the matter before requesting a refund.
Prepaid but Undelivered Services:

Any prepaid amounts for services not yet commenced or delivered may be refunded at the company's discretion.

Refund eligibility depends on work already performed, contractual agreements, and specific circumstances.
Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to frank@ibmediagroup.com within 14 days of service delivery or the event giving rise to the refund request.

We will review refund requests and respond within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Disputes

In case of disputes regarding services, delivery, or billing, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through good-faith discussion prior to any formal escalation.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Singapore law.
