REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of professional consulting and advisory services, the following terms apply:

 

Cancellations by Client

Before Service Commencement:

  • Clients may cancel services before work begins with written notice via email to info@ibmediagroup.com.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date: Full refund of any prepaid fees, minus any preparation work already completed (if applicable).

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start: Refund at the company's discretion, depending on the preparation work already performed.

 

After Service Commencement:

  • Services may be cancelled at any time with written notice.

  • No refund will be provided for work already completed or in progress.

  • Any prepaid fees for future, undelivered services may be refunded at the company's discretion.

 

Refunds

Completed Services:

  • Payments for completed or partially completed services are non-refundable.

  • If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered services, we encourage discussion to resolve the matter before requesting a refund.

Prepaid but Undelivered Services:

  • Any prepaid amounts for services not yet commenced or delivered may be refunded at the company's discretion.

  • Refund eligibility depends on work already performed, contractual agreements, and specific circumstances.

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to frank@ibmediagroup.com within 14 days of service delivery or the event giving rise to the refund request.

  • We will review refund requests and respond within 7 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

 

Disputes

  • In case of disputes regarding services, delivery, or billing, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through good-faith discussion prior to any formal escalation.

  • If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Singapore law.
